Information used to provide membership

When you register, we collect account and checkout information such as your name, username, email address, billing address, and membership selection. We maintain membership and transaction records to provide access, manage renewals and cancellations, and answer billing questions. If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information entered into Stripe’s payment fields is handled by Stripe. Stripe’s handling of personal information is described in its Privacy Policy.

The website uses WordPress and MemberPress to manage member accounts and access. BigScoots provides hosting and the email service used to deliver membership messages. These services support operation of the membership website.

Account cookies and messages

The site uses cookies to support sign-in and membership functions. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent these features from working. Membership messages include welcome emails, payment receipts, and requested password-reset emails.

The free Mommy Made That email list and paid membership are separate. Email-list subscriptions can be managed using the unsubscribe link in those marketing emails. Canceling membership renewal is handled separately through My Account.

Your account and requests

You can review your membership and cancel future renewals through My Account. To ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or resolve billing disputes.
