Easy Paper Butterfly Craft

Create a colorful butterfly from simple paper shapes and patterned wings.

What you’ll need

Colored paper, scissors, glue, pencil, and markers.

This PDF includes 1 page. Select the pages you need in your printer settings.

1. Choose a template size and trace the body, wings, antennae, and spots onto colored paper.

2. Attach the eyes and antennae to the body, then draw stripes and a smile.

3. Decorate the wings with the circle cutouts and glue the body down the center.

Try matching the spots on both wings, or invent a different color pattern on each side.

Check the print preview and use Fit to Page if an edge is clipped. Print one test copy before preparing a group set.
