Christmas Cut and Paste Crafts

Color, cut, and assemble a collection of Christmas characters and hats.

What you’ll need

Paper or cardstock, crayons or markers, scissors, and glue.

Your printable

Ten template pages: elf, reindeer, Santa, snowman, penguin, polar bear, gingerbread character, and three hat designs.

How to use your printable

1. Choose a design and color its pieces while they are still on the page.

2. Cut around each part and arrange the pieces using the small finished example as a guide.

3. Glue the pieces together and let dry. Use the finished designs for a display, card, or paper puppet.

Top tips

Younger children may need the pieces pre-cut. Print only the designs you plan to make.

Printing tips

Print only the pages you need. Use Actual Size or 100%, and check the print preview for clipped edges. Print one test copy before making a classroom set.
